The PADI Underwater Navigator Course with DIVE WIMBLEDON

Have you or your buddy ever had to abandon a dive because you became lost or didn't see the highlight of the dive because you couldn't find what you were looking for? The PADI Underwater Navigator Specialty course teaches you to navigate underwater which increases confidence, reduces exertion and air consumption and allows you more time underwater to enjoy your dive.

Course Overview

• PADI Underwater Navigator course manual or Elearning
• Navigation patterns
• Natural navigation (without a compass)
• Compass navigation
• How to “mark” or relocate a submerged object or position from the surface
• Underwater map making skills
• How to estimate distance underwater
• 3 dives

Requirements

• Read the PADI Underwater Navigator Speciality manual or Elearning and complete the knowledge review
• Complete the PADI Medical Statement

Prerequisites

• PADI Junior or full PADI Open Water Diver or an equivalent certification from another training organisation
• Minimum 10 years

Duration

• One day and two or three dives
