Dear Divers,

I hope everybody is keeping well and getting some diving in. The water has definitely started to warm up and we have spaces on a few trips and courses to get everybody in the water

Social Nights - The next Club night will be at the Colliers Tup opposite the Colliers Wood tube from 7.30pmish on Tuesday 7th June. Everybody is welcome.

In July we will have two BBQs to take advantage of the warmer weather including an "Introduction to Technical Diving" talk from Paul Toomer on the 5th July and another to celebrate a few significant birthdays and have a general get together on the 22nd July. We will send out more information on both closer to the time.

UK Orientation sessions: Dawn will be running an introduction to UK diving at Putney Leisure Centre from 8-10pm on the following dates. 8th June, 6th July and 10th August. These sessions will cover some of the essentials for UK diving including DSMB(Delayed Surface Marker Buoys), strobes, whistles, knives, line cutters and a buoyancy session. The cost is just £35 and includes any equipment you need.

UK Orientation Dives: We have organised a couple of great trips to Swanage for those who have never dived in the UK or have only experienced the 'joys' of Wraysbury and would like to see a lot more when they go diving :-). We haven't got the new webpages on these trips up yet but will in the next few days. Drop Roger an email or give us a call for more information.

Dates : 2 July, 30 July, 27 or 28 August (Depending on which is more

popular) and 10th Sept.

Minimum certification level: PADI Open Water or equivalent

Cost: Club members £60. Non members £75 including all equipment.

PADI Courses:

Advanced 11-12th June and another on the 25-26th June

Rescue: 4-5 June and another on the 2-3 July

Emergency First Response: 9th June with another on the 18 June. We can also often run them on demand.

Deep: 12th June

Refreshers: Every Wednesday evening
